The Referral Process
Parents, families, childcare providers, medical providers, and other community organizations can make a referral to Bright Start Services.
Referrals are made to Bright Start Services when there is concern about a child’s development. Read this handout to review developmental milestones for a child’s age.
What does the Referral Process Look Like?
Once a referral is received by Bright Start Services, a Family Resources Coordinator (FRC) will contact the family to provide information about services, gather information, and schedule an evaluation to determine eligibility.
