Family Resources Coordination
Bright Start Services’ Family Resources Coordinators assist children and families in gaining access to Early Support Services and other community resources.
The FRC coordinates:
- The initial intake process for a child’s evaluation.
- The development of an Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) to address the child and family’s needs.
- Information about resources available in the community to support the child and family.
- The transition plan to community programs, including preschool special education.
