About Bright Start Services’ Early Support Program

Bright Start Services is the Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) Program Provider Agency for eligible children residing within the Oroville, Tonasket, Omak, Okanogan, Brewster, Pateros and Methow Valley School Districts. As the Provider Agency, Bright Start Services is responsible for ensuring that Early Support Services are accessible to children ages birth to 3 years old with developmental delays and/or disabilities – in accordance with the law (the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, or IDEA).

The purpose of the Early Support for Infants and Toddlers Program is to build upon family strengths by providing coordination, supports, resources and services to enhance the development of children with developmental delays and/or disabilities through everyday learning opportunities.
